Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills - Persuasive & Friendly (Retail experience a plus)
  • Customer service or retail sales experience - Don't take no for an answer!
  • A self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset that is proactive and driven to win
  • Organized and goal-minded with phone calls and email
  • Set appointments with potential to turn into sales
  • Keep lead data organized and updated in company CRM tool
  • Initiate and support sales process for the rest of the team
  • Consistent work schedule and availability
  • Stay sharp, professional, and bright eyed with all prospects
  • Event-tabling opportunities on weekends in rotation
