Pay: $70,000 - 120,000/hour + Benefits + Commission

Schedule: Full-time / First Shift / Monday - Friday


Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and building lasting relationships? Well we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join this Polymer Manufacturer in Texas! The sales representative will be responsible for providing technical solutions to plastic manufacturers. If you thrive in a customer-focused environment and have a knack for problem-solving, this is your opportunity to obtain some professional growth in the industry!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Be the trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Quickly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly, professional touch.
  • Accurately process orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer customized product recommendations and quotes based on customer requirements. Dive deep into the product line, which includes various engineered thermoplastic resins and key materials for plastic manufacturing.
  • Stay ahead of the curve and become an expert in our products to provide the best advice to clients.
  • Partner closely with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations. Work together to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups in our systems. Use insights to continuously improve sales strategies and results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing to anticipate customer needs and spot new opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Must have at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in plastics, manufacturing, or distribution industries. Prior experience selling polymers, pellets, additives, pigments, or masterbacthes is a plus!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). CRM software experience is a plus!
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player with a customer-first mindset.
