Inside Sales Representative - Hybrid - Richmond Hill, GA


R2 are partnered with a leading retail brand who are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced, inbound-led sales environment.


You’ll manage warm leads from initial enquiry through to close. Success in this role comes from quickly understanding customer needs, building rapport, and converting opportunities efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Qualify leads, recommend products, and close sales
  • Follow up on quotes and open opportunities
  • Prepare quotes and process orders accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and customer communication
  • Handle a high volume of calls and enquiries daily


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, target-driven environment
  • Ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities
