Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sebring, FL, for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with customers to identify their needs, generate leads, provide exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer accounts, building relationships, responding to inquiries, generating sales quotes, and contributing to revenue growth. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue and create new business opportunities
  • Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining and growing customer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Attention to detail and proficiency using sales management software or CRM tools
  • Previous experience in the metal products industry or a related field is of added value
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
