Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team.  This role plays a key part in supporting our customers and sales operations by processing quotes, managing orders, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web with professionalism and efficiency
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and product information

• Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with the external sales team 

• Coordinate with design, engineering and production departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment 

• Track and manage sales data using SAGE and other CRM systems 

• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, escalating when necessary

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred 

• 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience (manufacturing or technical industry a plus) 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

• Experience with SAGE accounting/ERP software strongly preferred 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities 

• Technical aptitude and interest in structural or engineered products a plus
