What You’ll Do

• Work exclusively with warm leads (no cold calling!) to promote home remodeling services, including windows, sunrooms, and baths.
• Schedule in-home consultations for our expert sales team.
• Engage customers over the phone, providing excellent service and building relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the success of our growing presence in new markets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in phone sales or collections – this is a must.
• High energy and enthusiasm for talking to people on the phone.
• Strong communication and closing skills with a customer-focused mindset.
