Inside Sales Representative Company: OEG Building Materials Sayreville, NJ OEG Building Materials is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our national and local accounts through direct sales efforts. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, generating new business, and supporting contractors and engineers with structural steel and construction material solutions. Compensation from $75,000 up to $90,000 including commission total pay. Key Responsibilities Proactively call on national and local accounts to grow sales. Generate new business through outbound calls and follow-ups. Prepare quotes, bids, and proposals; negotiate pricing within company guidelines. Track projects from bid stage through completion. Provide product information and coordinate with operations for timely delivery. Assist with accounts receivable and maintain accurate sales records. Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales experience (construction or steel industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus. Compensation And Benefits Pay: $75,000/ 95,000 (exempt) *including commissions Salary ranges.
