Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist - Digital Transformation located in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging potential clients through meaningful communication, and driving business growth. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall sales and revenue goals of the organization. Qualifications Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and seize new business opportunitiesStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needsProven ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and foster long-lasting relationshipsProficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for lead tracking and pipeline management is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while meeting individual performance targetsBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with digital transformation, EHS, and/or ESG platforms is advantageous
