  • Connect with Customers: Engage with warm leads and make outbound cold calls generated by our marketing team.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Pre-qualify potential customers to generate high-quality leads for the outside sales team.
  • Build Relationships: Quickly establish rapport via phone, text, and email, creating a friendly and positive experience.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Listen actively to identify pain points and present solutions that match their goals.
  • Stay Organized: Manage customer data in our CRM, coordinate sales team schedules, and confirm appointments.
  • Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets to help drive business success.

  • Positive Attitude & Growth Mindset: You approach challenges with enthusiasm and focus on learning.
  • Team Player with Independent Drive: You excel in a lively, team-oriented setting while pushing for personal achievements.
