Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of residential home foundations and framing.

Drive to various job sites to perform inspections.

Provide detailed reports and feedback on construction compliance.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in framing and/or previous inspection experience in residential construction is required.

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of construction standards.

Ability to communicate effectively with construction teams and clients.
