Quality Control Associate
Position Overview: The Quality Control Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective performance of testing within the Kitting department. This entry-level position is based in a warehouse environment. The associate will undergo training on the first shift (0600-2:30) for the first two weeks, after which they will transition to the second shift.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of products to assess quality and compliance with regulations and standards.
Determine the final disposition of products based on inspection results.
Detect and address nonconforming conditions promptly.
Adhere to clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods.
Maintain compliance with quality guidelines, regulations, and standards.
Identify basic non-compliance issues and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary all paperwork.
Qualifications:
High School Education or equivalent.
One to two (1-2) years of related Quality Control experience or equivalent.
Must have experience with heavy documentation and accurate completion of paperwork
