Job Description:
- The Quality Control Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective performance of testing within the Kitting department.
- This entry-level position is based in a warehouse environment.
- The associate will undergo training on the first shift (0600-2:30) for the first two weeks, after which they will transition to the second shift.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of products to assess quality and compliance with regulations and standards.
- Determine the final disposition of products based on inspection results.
- Detect and address nonconforming conditions promptly.
- Adhere to clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods.
- Maintain compliance with quality guidelines, regulations, and standards.
- Identify basic non-compliance issues and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary all paperwork.
Qualifications:
- High School Education or equivalent.
- One to two (1-2) years of related Quality Control experience or equivalent.
- Must have experience with heavy documentation and accurate completion of paperwork
