Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Inspector to perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance on electrical, sprinkler, and suppression life safety systems. This role includes troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and ensuring safety compliance. Training is provided for candidates eager to grow their expertise.

What Youll Do

Inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems, including low voltage electrical and suppression systems.
Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices to operate equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals (training provided).
Troubleshoot systems and make necessary repairs.
Maintain and input inspection records using laptops or other tools.
Follow a structured inspection schedule and complete assigned tasks on time.
Perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and working in challenging spaces like crawl areas or high lifts.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain safety standards.
Travel occasionally and participate in on-call rotations, including weekends.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in low voltage electrical systems 1 to 3 years preferred.
Fire and security systems experience, especially with burglar alarms.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Massachusetts Low Voltage Class D License required.
NICET Level II certification required within two years .
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Physical capability to carry tools and equipment 50 to 70 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
