The Technician / Installer & Warehouse Associate is responsible for field service repairs, equipment installation, inspections, warehouse operations, and logistical support. This role requires strong technical knowledge, safety awareness, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Analyze equipment status and identify all required tools and materials necessary to complete repairs. Perform efficient repair and maintenance of equipment. Understand repair scope prior to mobilization to ensure proper tool and material preparedness. Manage onsite job activities to ensure projects are completed safely and effectively. Provide professional field support and service during site visits. Document equipment issues clearly and prepare follow-up reports including repair or replacement recommendations. Provide remote technical assistance to customers and internal staff during emergency equipment situations. Maintain and promote a safe work environment at all times. Conduct inspections and surveys of equipment. Collaborate directly with Project Coordinators to review completed projects. Tow company equipment when required. Warehouse & Logistics Duties Build and assemble equipment as needed. Maintain equipment including lifts, trailers, and company vehicles according to maintenance programs. Manage inventory control and organization. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Assist Project Coordinators as needed. Accept deliveries and load trucks as required. Make deliveries when necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with towing equipment. Scissor Lift Certification. OSHA 30 Certification. SST Certification. Proficient with computers and tablets for documentation and reporting. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and wiring schematics. Basic understanding of electrical components. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work in K-12 school environments. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy materials. Comfortable working at heights and in active job sites.
