Budget Blinds of Lakeshore is looking for a motivated, hands-on Window Treatment Installer to join our growing team! We’re a leading provider of custom window coverings, and we need someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and providing great customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $23/hour starting pay and monthly phone stipend

What You’ll Do:

• Install blinds, shades, shutters, and other window treatments

• Measure windows accurately to ensure perfect fit

• Troubleshoot mechanical and tech-related issues on-site

• Provide excellent customer service in homes and businesses

• Maintain organized, clean work vehicle and tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Handy with hand and power tools

• Comfortable on ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Experience in customer service roles

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required)

• Must pass a background check

• Prior installation or handyman experience preferred, but training provided
