• Total hours per week: 30 - 35 hours per week

Qualifications
- Classroom management
- Experience with children
- Special education background
- Ability to work with students with diverse needs
- Strong communication and behavior management skills
- Paraprofessional Or RBT Certification
- Prior experience in early childhood education and childhood development

Responsibilities
- Support special education teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Assist students with special needs in classroom activities and assignments.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral or learning challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to support student success.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with students and staff.
