MUST HAVE:
- Experience managing Asana, Docebo, Articulate/Rise 360, Storyline, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Graphic Design, Adult Learning Theory Knowledge, E-Learning Design.
- Experience with E-Learning design and expert knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
- Partners with SMEs to translate complex or technical content into structured, engaging, and digestible learning experiences.
- Designs clear learning objectives, assessments, and activities that support skill development and behavior change.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and blended learning strategies.
- Evaluates training requests to ensure they align with business needs and add value to Risk Operations.
- Maintains awareness of operational goals, performance metrics, and compliance priorities.
- Designs programs that consider learner needs, use cases, and operational realities to close skill and knowledge gaps.
- Focused on creating meaningful, robust learning experiences that drive confidence, competence, and performance.
Notes:
- Work shift hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm MST
- Interview process: Multiple ( Most likely 2 or 3 1:1 interviews)
- Team size: Working directly with a team of 2 L&D teammates, and 3 QA analysts
- Special software or skills: Experience managing Asana, Docebo, Articulate/Rise 360, Storyline, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Graphic Design, Adult Learning Theory Knowledge, E-Learning Design.
- Looking to keep this role local to Draper, UT

- Hybrid 3 days in office (M, Tues, Thurs).
