Job Description Instructional design responsibilities involve analysis of content, target audience, job tasks, and learner environment to identify appropriate instructional strategies and define learning objectives followed by creation of tools and materials for conducting concept training workshops, including scenario-based product training workbooks for hands-on instruction Experience with needs assessment, task/content analysis, design documents, establishing learning objectives, and evaluation strategies Design and development of instructional strategies that meet the needs of adult learners in the classroom, on-site and/or in a web-based training environment Partner with Technical Trainers, Technical Support Engineers and Manager on the implementation and evaluation of instructional materials.
