Job Description:
We are seeking an Instrumentation and Control Coordinator with 15+ years of experience in the Chemical, Petrochemical, or Refinery industries. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience across various phases of the project life cycle, including Concept Study, Feasibility, Basic, FEL, FEED, and DED stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee plant engineering and project management for capital, expense, and maintenance projects.
  • Lead control systems, instrumentation, analyzers, and electrical projects for optimal performance and safety.
  • Hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering (working with 240V & 480V systems).
  • Serve as an onsite coordinator between offshore and client offices, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Expertise in DCS, PLC, UPS, and ESD systems.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Support the preparation of RFQs, equipment datasheets, project schedules, and SOW documents.
  • Conduct FAT and SAT tests, follow-up on vendor deliveries, and lead commissioning efforts.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Instrumentation & Control, with domain expertise in Chemical/Petrochemical or Refinery industries.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and control technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-discipline projects (Process, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, estimating, planning, and execution.
