Job Description :
We’re looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. In this role you will be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, gain familiarity with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule, and provide on‑site assistance during startup, coordinating work activities among the project team and discipline lead.
As part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team you will design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world‑class solutions for new facilities. Your responsibilities include developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, and documenting and modeling design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or another related engineering or technical field
At least 2 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control Systems
Experience in industrial or commercial control systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA systems, or Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
Preferred Qualifications
Engineer in Training (EIT)
Experience with Data Center control system design, commissioning, and infrastructure components
Working knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS, or other control platforms
Working knowledge of common instrument types and applications
Experience preparing technical specifications, point lists, and design drawings
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices and contribute with innovative ideas
Self‑motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and continuously advance technical proficiency
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams
Passion for critical facilities, infrastructure systems, and construction

Base salary range: $69,500.00 to $95,500.00. Pay is determined by work location and other factors.
