We are seeking a motivated Insurance Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing agency in Marco Island, FL. In this position, you will manage a variety of personal and commercial accounts, balancing day-to-day servicing with strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Client Account Management: Maintain and oversee a dedicated book of insurance accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and timely service in Marco Island.
- Sales & Business Growth: Follow up on inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and services.
- Policy Support: Prepare accurate quotes, process applications, handle endorsements, and manage all policy documentation efficiently.
- Renewals & Retention: Lead account renewal reviews, remarketing, and retention efforts to maintain competitive coverage placement.
- Communication & Service: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, billing questions, coverage adjustments, and claims support.
- Data Management: Keep thorough, up-to-date client records and follow-up logs within the Agency Management System (AMS) to ensure compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to coordinate workflow, support sales campaigns, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Insurance Account Management, Inside Sales, or a high-volume agency environment.
- Active 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain licensure.
- Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products, carriers, and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent relationship-building and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
