$50,000 to UNLIMITED (uncapped commissions!!) a year opportunity

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Neff Insurance and Financial Services, Inc dba Renee Neff- State Farm Agent is searching for an insurance account manager whose actions are driven by keeping the customers' best interest as my primary goal. Customer Service + (service plus pivot to sale) business model, with 1/4 role service & 3/4 sales anticipated role. As our Insurance Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member, you're the architect of your income potential! Experience preferred but training provided for new to insurance career and income minded individuals, our knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Internal leads provided and marketing based on community events driven by Renee Neff, so creates a natural prospect list for you that's higher conversion rate than purchased insurance leads! Are you a ROCKSTAR and tired of working only dead internet purchased leads with low conversion ratio? Our model is different...
