Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with accuracy and timeliness.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage and solutions.
Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
Assist in the development of new business by supporting sales efforts and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, specifically within commercial insurance.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and policy cycles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in insurance agency management software (EPIC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional office setting.
Massachusetts Property & Casualty Producer License (or willingness to obtain).
