As the Insurance Agency Manager, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our agency. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of insurance agents while driving sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our client base. You will manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, policy administration, and customer service, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales and management, proven leadership skills, and a strong track record in sales and business development. A commitment to outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop effective business strategies are essential.
