Responsibilities Develop and grow your agency by meeting prospects, selling Shelter products, and building a local network. Lead the development of your business, including prospecting, sales presentations, and customer relationship management. Potentially hire and manage staff to support administrative duties and sales activities. Operate with a true business owner mindset and strive for personal and career growth. Qualifications and Training A motivated attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication skills in a sales environment. Sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful but not required. Completion of in-house and virtual training programs, plus ongoing industry education, to build the foundation to launch your agency. We do not require capital/assets on hand to be considered for an agency; we do not loan money to begin your business.
