Job Description:
A Customer Service position is available at a high-volume Auto Insurance Store in North Austin. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the auto insurance industry and the ability to provide excellent service to both new and existing clients. The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English and excellent multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.
• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and requests.
• Assist clients with insurance policy details, claims, and updates.
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and ensuring positive relationships.
• Work as part of a team to meet customer service goals.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the auto insurance industry is preferred.
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
