Position: Associate Attorney

Experience: 2 5 years

Practice Areas: Insurance defense (personal injury auto, homeowners, etc.) or Medical malpractice defense

Caseload: 25 35 cases

Billing Requirement: 1800 billable hours

Clientele: The firm represents large clients

Work Environment:
  • The firm boasts a robust caseload and is well-regarded for representing major clients.
  • Emphasis on maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
Compensation:
  • Lucrative bonus program based on performance
Bonus Program Example:
