Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of premises liability, preparing and taking depositions
- Court appearances
Requirements
- A JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the New York State Bar
- 4+ years of experience in general liability defense litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Bonus Experience
- Experience handling Construction Liability
- Familiarity with legal issues related to not-for-profit organizations
- Prior involvement in Child Victim Act cases or related litigation
