What You'll Do
- Handle felony, misdemeanor, and complex cases
- Represent clients in state courts (and federal court if licensed)
- Build strategy, draft motions, and own the courtroom
- Licensed in Virginia
- 3+ years of criminal trial experience (jury and felony preferred)
- Former prosecutors welcome
- Spanish fluency or federal court admission is a plus
