• Quote, sell, and bind property and casualty insurance policies (auto, home, renters, umbrella, commercial, etc.)

• Conduct client needs analyses and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

• Maintain and grow an existing book of business through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling

• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members

• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals

• Maintain accurate documentation in agency management systems and CRM tools

• Ensure compliance with all state insurance regulations and agency procedures
