Qualifying candidate must have the following requirements:
- Property Insurance or Adjuster experience to accurately scope 1-2+ story homes for insurance claims
- Proficient in Xactimate and XactAnalysis
- Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Have reliable transportation that can haul a 1 & 2-story ladder
- Must present a clean, well-groomed professional appearance
- Be computer literate, including usage on own smartphone/device
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
