Job Description As an intake coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in our home care services. Your role is to engage with potential clients, explain program details, and guide them through the enrollment process. You’ll ensure that every client receives clear information, timely assistance, and a positive experience from inquiry to activation. Familiarity with home care services and the different MLTC Programs.
