JOB SUMMARY
Intake Specialists provide support to clients during their time of need and assist the firm with retention of clients. This position is responsible for client intake and engagement of cases in a high volume, deadline driven environment. The ideal candidate must have personal injury experience, be multi-task oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service under the supervision of an Arizona Attorney.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Personal Injury
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to multitask in high volume setting while maintaining efficiency
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Weekend and after-hours schedule availability (rotational; not consistent)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish professional relationships with clients
- Gather required new case information for Attorneys
- Handle high volume of incoming calls and walk-in clients
- Determine potential new case qualifications
- Schedule same-day appointments for potential new clients
- Create client files in Filevine
- Upload relevant documentation in Filevine
- Schedule clients with medical providers with Attorney
- Retain new clients for personal injury cases
