Integrated Content Delivery Project Manager Pharma (Hybrid Lawrenceville, NJ)

We are looking for an Integrated Content Delivery Project Manager for a global pharmaceutical company. This role will work in the central PMO team that is working with the marketing content creation, production and deployment pipeline to adapt to the use of modular content. This team is looking for an experienced project manager to manage a workstream within this global initiative.

This is a 40-hour per-week, 6-month contract (extensions possible), 50% hybrid role in Lawrenceville, NJ.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Keep and manage an overarching project plan, including tracking tasks, task owners and task status
• Document key questions and decisions - Note decisions and assist in follow-ups as the project progress
  Work with workstream leads to identify project dependencies and risks and capture additional tasks
• Coordinate the development, collection and reporting of key performance metrics tracking the health of the overarching content pipeline

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with marketing or marketing operations in the pharmaceutical industry,
• 3+ years of Project management or business transformation experience, in complex global organizations
• Experience working in large, complex organizations with large sets of stakeholders
• Experience with modular content, preferred
• Prior experience working with Bristol Myers Squibb, preferred
• Bachelor's degree
