Integrated Mental Health Provider-MB (I)MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's Hospital is the state-designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and the only pediatric hospital in Washington's South Sound Region dedicated to a comprehensive network of health services for children and adolescents. Our vision is to be the highest quality and safest place for children to receive care, where every child has a medical home and is supported by nationally recognized services and experience. Mary Bridge Children's multi-disciplinary approach to care includes pediatric experts for emergency services, inpatient care, and outpatient specialty clinics, all specializing in kids and their unique needs.FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Mon - Fri, Core Business Hours***Gig Harbor Location***The Integrated Mental Health Provider-MB (I) works collaboratively with primary care providers to engage pediatric patients and their families in behavioral health interventions that support optimal health and wellbeing for patients. The Integrated Mental Health Provider conducts comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools, to assist in creating behavioral health care plans that target treatment for the developmental, psychological and social problems that disrupt optimal health and wellbeing in childhood. The Integrated Mental Health Provider works with patients and families to create treatment plans that address mental health concerns, trauma, environmental and caregiver safety, child abuse and neglect, grief and loss, behavior management and parenting skills. In addition to providing direct behavioral health intervention to pediatric patients and their families, the Integrated Behavioral Health Provider assists families in connecting with services and providers in the community that address social determinants of health.
