About the Role Integration Business Systems Analyst – responsible for configuration, integration, and optimization of our customer‑facing and internal systems. The role blends technical configuration, business analysis, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and validation activities. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and skilled at translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business needs; serve as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Document current and future state processes and integration mappings. Maintain and prioritize backlog items in collaboration with IS leadership. Support change management planning and execution. Work with QA to develop test plans and support validation. Configure Sitecore CMS for the Customer Portal. Configure FiServe XD Online Banking platform. Perform data mapping and testing for third‑party system integrations. Test internal .NET applications and scheduled tasks. Business Analysis (35%) Analyzes business processes and needs to determine needed software and process design, modifications and enhancements. Documents business requirements and shares with the project team for feedback. Designs and recommends technology solutions to business needs. Ensures requirements are captured and managed using standardized documentation and approval processes. Collaborates with project managers to align business requirements with resource plans and project schedules. Supports resource allocation planning by providing clear estimates and tracking utilization against project plans. Testing (20%) Recommends testing methodologies. Devises a testing plan for new/revised technology systems. Performs software Quality Assurance testing. Documents, reviews and resolves issues identified through testing. Updates system documentation. Project Administration (15%) Administers projects using formal project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid as defined by governance). Confirms, documents and communicates project and Sprint deliverables and timelines. Confirms and documents the project/Sprint scope. Schedules and leads project status meetings and negotiates with stakeholders. Monitors project progress for adherence to scope and timelines. Identifies and resolves barriers to project success. Tracks and administers projects to meet business technology needs. Maintains accurate project documentation in compliance with organizational standards. Business Support (15%) Supports employees with day‑to‑day software and technology issues. Determines cause and scope of issues. Resolves issues, or escalates issues to others for resolution. System Training and Implementation (10%) Develops training materials. Schedules and conducts training sessions. Special Projects (5%) Participates on projects as a subject matter expert or resource. Compiles and organizes information to support projects. Communicates project progress and challenges to stakeholders.
