Role:- Integration Delivery Manager

Location:- Atlanta, GA (Hybrid from Day 1)

Duration:- Fulltime/ Permanent

Job Description

• Analyze and propose improvements in processes, methods, and tools
• Define, document, and implement processes for integration to ensure compliance and standardization across stakeholders
• Leads a team to identify, document, and communicate opportunities and their potential improvements related to processes, technology and people areas
• Improve API integrations by studying current practices
• Shares information cross-functionally to improve workflow processes
• Provide performance reporting of the individual campaigns the operational efficiency of the team itself
• Monitoring of project progress against plan and escalation of risks and issues to the head of integrations
• Management of all risks and issues
• Management stakeholder expectations
• Responsible for on-time delivery and overall quality of deliverables

Skills:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of managerial experience
• Deep functional knowledge of healthcare processes specially Medicaid Business
• Aware of the Cloud native architecture along with understanding of associated technologies
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
