Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Integration Test Engineer – Senior to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, NC. Responsibilities Architect, design, and lead the implementation of streamlined technical integration strategies for complex, mission‑critical C2ISR infrastructure components. Drive the development and implementation of innovative approaches to enhance system interoperability, technological convergence, and mission effectiveness across diverse operational platforms. Function as a technical expert in delivering advanced integration capabilities designed to optimize overall system performance and technological adaptability for C2ISR. Lead site surveys and integration support for various C2ISR capabilities, including Squadron Operations Centers, GHOCs, SATCOM Gateways, RGEPs, and DDS Sites, ensuring robust integration. Oversee the establishment of ETDVS solutions utilizing Tactical Relays, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance. Provide expert technical insights for integrating with pre‑existing DISA Block 1, Block 2, and Block 3 infrastructure, ensuring future‑state readiness. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of integration solutions, identify trends, and recommend major changes to enhance technological convergence and optimize C2ISR capabilities. Mentor and supervise journeyman and junior Integration Engineers, fostering skill development and ensuring consistency in solution quality and adherence to best practices. Collaborate strategically with system architects, technical leads, and government stakeholders to align integration designs with broader C2ISR objectives and emerging technological challenges. Qualifications Required qualifications Previous experience as an Integration Test Engineer or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level. Minimum of 8 years’ experience with a BS/BA, 12 years without a degree, or 10 years with an AS/AA, or 6 years’ experience with an MS/MA, or 3 years’ experience with a PhD. A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level. US citizenship is required. DOD 8140 Compliance based on functional role for WRC: 451 Systems Administrator Intermediate / ability to obtain. Desired Qualifications DoD‑approved IA baseline certification for ADP‑III/IT‑III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment. Work Environment Location: Pope Army Airfield, NC. On‑site expectations: Full‑time on‑site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking. Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
