Job Summary (List Format):

- Serve as a ServiceNow Integration Professional for a strategic vulnerability remediation initiative
- Design, develop, and validate technical solutions automating the lifecycle of vulnerability remediation
- Integrate vulnerability scanning platform with ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams
- Ensure detected vulnerabilities are converted into actionable and trackable tickets in SNOW
- Enable improved remediation processes, SLA tracking, and reporting
- Leverage 5-10 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in relevant roles
- Manage SNOW SecOps and vulnerability response workflows
- Apply knowledge of ServiceNow workflow management
- (Nice-to-have) Utilize experience in vulnerability management
- (Nice-to-have) Communicate in both Spanish and English
- Fully remote position
