Role Responsible for the implementation and management of all pressure equipment integrity and inspection plans. Also responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained with the applicable local, state, and federal agencies. Key Responsibilities Execute and maintain owner user program for the integrity of all NY & PA owned pressure equipment. Ensures that all stakeholders comply with their roles and responsibilities by running periodic internal audits. Executes the inspection requirements for fixed equipment (PSVs, Pressure Vessels, Piping and Heat Exchangers). Conduct audits of third party or internal inspectors to ensure field inspections and reporting are adequate. Keeps abreast on upcoming changes to regulations, codes and standards. Provides input to maintenance engineering, operations and maintenance groups to ensure integrity is maintained during the lifecycle of pressure equipment. Reviews non‑destructive testing results and provides reports to maintenance engineering to design repair and alterations of pressure equipment as required. Analyze trends of integrity records alert maintenance engineering excellence centres of potential issues. Advises on changes to operating conditions that could affect the expected life or mechanical integrity of pressure equipment. Actively supports turnarounds and outages with the expected work commitment. Participates in process safety activities as required in order to better understand over‑pressure protection methods used by the organization. Initiates management of change when required. Helps prepare periodic and regular regulatory inspections by interacting with all pressure equipment integrity stakeholders. Follows up on findings from audits to ensure they are completed prior to committed deadlines. Travels to the field to participate in integrity inspections, audits, repairs or regulatory meetings as required. Manages contractors and ensures procurement to pay process is followed. Participates in writing scopes of work and advises on contracts. Safely oversees contractors, including writing electronic permit to work, task observations and training. Participates in Failure Analysis. Required Education, Experience, Technical Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the inspection of fixed equipment and piping systems. Working knowledge of applicable jurisdictional regulations and standards (ASME, API, NACE, PHMSA, OSHA PSM). Level 1 or 2 ASNT Certification in Ultrasonic Thickness inspection Preferred. Strong business acumen and leadership skills. Key Competencies / Preferred Qualifications Related industrial experience, an Engineering Technology degree in Corrosion, Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical or Materials Engineering / Technology preferred. API 510, API 570, API 653 or NBIC inspector Certifications preferred. Experience and certification on welding inspection preferred. Proficient user of SAP PM/MM and Synergi. #J-18808-Ljbffr
