Intelligence Systems Maintenance SpecialistThis position requires a CURRENT SECRET Clearance and ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI within 12 monthsCore One seeks an Intelligence Systems Maintenance Specialist who will be responsible for meeting specialized training requirements for multiple Programs of Instruction (POI) in support of MARSOC.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintenance and repair of Intelligence and C4 communications equipment.Safely and properly operate general purpose electronic test equipment (GPETE) to maintain, troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment.Apply Technical Instructions, Modification Instructions and participate in cataloging and distribution of new equipment fielding's other directed actions according to IAW Marine Corps and SOCOM maintenance standards.Assist the Director, Special Operations Training Cadre 7 and other applicable billets deemed necessary by the Government with intermediate maintenance activity (IMA) repairs employing safe, effective technical and standard soldering techniques in repairing and maintaining information system components.Provide logistics support to maintenance actions such as but not limited to picking up and dropping off repairable items, entering GCCS and SOLMAN maintenance record information, assisting with quarterly CMR reconciliations and wall-to-wall inventories, and participating in CGRI and FSMAO inspection preparation as directed.Establish and maintain working relationships with G2 Systems, MRSG S2 Systems, G4, MRTC Supply, MRTC S6, and the MRTC MMO.Be capable of lifting equipment weighing 50 lbs.Required SkillsServed a minimum of 1 year as an E6 or higher.8 years of experience as a ground radio repair/electronics technician in USMC MOS 2841 (Ground Electronics Transmission Systems Maintainer) or similar DoD equivalent.Must have completed a DoD Electronics Maintenance Repair School.IAT Level II certified to work on Servers and computer hardware which requires current Security Plus certifications.Possess a minimum of SECRET clearance eligibility and be able to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI clearance eligibility within 12 months of assignment.About Core OneOur mission is to be at the forefront of devising analytical, operational and technical solutions to our Nation's most complex national security challenges.
