Interim Head of Delivery & Change – 6 month contract – Hybrid - £850-£950 a day (inside IR35)We’re looking for a senior leader to take full accountability for end-to-end delivery of major technology programmes within a complex, multi-site environment.This is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 3 days a weekWhat you will be doing:Own programme delivery from initiation through to BAU transition, leading a large delivery function Lead integrated delivery planning (scope, milestones, risks, dependencies) Drive governance, delivery assurance, and recovery for high-risk programmes Ensure seamless coordination across Product, Architecture, Operations, Change, and suppliers Embed change, training, adoption, and operational readiness into every release Deliver measurable benefits and ensure successful adoption at scale What they are looking for:Proven senior leadership experience delivering large-scale tech transformation Strong background in complex, operational environments (e.g. retail, travel, hospitality) Deep expertise in delivery lifecycle, operating models, and large-scale change Confident executive influencer with strong decision-making authority Ability to balance pace, risk, and operational impact
