Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare executive search, is seeking an Interim Night Nurse Manager for a premier 171-bed post-acute facility in California.

Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, this pivotal role focuses on maintaining excellence during the night shift. You will lead through intentional rounding, oversee critical quality audits, and serve as a clinical mentor—guiding staff in the expert management of changes in resident conditions.

Key Qualifications:

• BSN preferred
• Active RN license in California. (CA is not a compact state)
• Demonstrated leadership.
• Post acute experience strongly recommended
• Ability to work night hours.

Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The pay rate for this position is $850.00 per day ($221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
