- Producing estimates in QuickBooks and accompanying Power Point presentations
- Maintaining profitable projects and achieving maximum company profitability
- Working in QuickBooks to produce accurate and timely Purchase Orders
- Entering job and client data accurately for procurement of goods
- Contributing to overall productivity and efficiency of projects
- Managing project priorities and task list
- Managing luxury interior design projects
- Acting as a representative and communicating with clients, vendors, and contractors
- Preparing project presentations
- Managing sourcing FF&E, design selections, and specifications
- Meeting with vendors/manufacturers to source and learn about products
- Reviewing vendor plans and quotes for accuracy and aiding in revisions
- Managing and creating project budgets and tracking expenditures
- Managing project logistics - purchase orders and acknowledgements
- Directing installations
- Creating CAD documents to communicate designs: Space Planning, Furniture Placement.
