Job Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months (opportunity for extension)

Summary:

• Removes, installs, and fabricates aircraft interiors, including cabinetry, trim, panels, and accessories, under general supervision.

• Work must meet company design specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations while adhering to safety protocols.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 2+ years of experience in installation, fabrication, or related fields.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools for interior installation and removal.

• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work in confined spaces.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and work any shift.

• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).

Desired Skills

• Experience in the aerospace industry.

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and process improvement techniques.
