Join our Hardware Project Management team at Safran Passenger Innovations, where you’ll have the opportunity to participate in fulfilling customer demand and the hardware development process. You’ll partner with our team to work cross-functionally to assist in hardware testing and collaborate with operations, customer fulfillment, and other groups to make sure deadlines are maintained.

How you will make an impact:

  • Learn and assist in ensuring hardware aligns with design review scopes
  • Support cross-functional teams to understand product and testing processes
  • Help develop project plans, including schedules, milestones, and risk assessments for airline-specific builds
  • Support in the tracking of testing timelines and inventory to meet forecasted demand
  • Learn to use JIRA and other internal tools to document project progress
  • Learn to collaborate with Operations, Customer Fulfillment, Programs, and other teams to accurately capture equipment needs

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Completed 2 years of undergraduate coursework
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to assist with project planning and scheduling
  • Interest in learning cross-functional collaboration and hardware development processes
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, or other project management software is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for tracking and communicating project progress
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Interest in gaining experience with hardware testing processes, inventory forecasting, and risk assessment
  • Enthusiasm for learning about product lifecycle management and cross-functional operations

Benefits

The compensation for this position will be $25.00 for Juniors & $26.00 for Seniors.

Due to the internship length, we are unable to provide benefits. Now, for full-time permanent employees, our company package includes a variety of additional benefits and perks to enhance your work-life balance experience including but not limited to:
