Join our Quality team at Safran Passenger Innovations, where you will assist with evaluating non-conforming products, managing dispositions, and ensuring accurate traceability through database updates. You'll work cross-functionally to identify root causes of discrepancies, develop preventive measures, and gain exposure to inventory management and product lifecycle operations.

How you will make an impact:

• Learn and perform technical evaluations of non-conforming product
• Assist with the proper disposition of parts based on various sources
• Accurately input notes and updates into national database and help contribute to overall traceability
• Work cross-functionally to understand the source of reoccurring discrepancies and collaborate with others to create preventive measures
• Observe how and assist with inventory management to develop a breadth of knowledge on product lifecycle within operations to come up with innovative solutions to prevent quality escapes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Completed 2 years of undergraduate coursework
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
• Analytical mindset with an interest in identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures
• Familiarity with data entry tools and inventory management processes is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Enthusiasm for learning about product lifecycle operations and quality assurance practices

Benefits

The compensation for this position will be $24.00 for Juniors & $25.00 for Seniors.
