Join our Quality Control team at Safran Passenger Innovations, where you will get an opportunity to support inspection activities, analyze data for process improvements, and assist with quality documentation and evaluations. You'll also gain hands-on experience with 5S and lean principles while collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency.
How you will make an impact:
- Support inspectors with documentation-related activities and training
- Learn and perform technical evaluations of our product and equipment
- Analyzing/Reviewing data captured in the department in order to suggest improvement activities
- Assist in the development of quality documents and processes utilizing data from inspection
- Support the First Article process
- Support Calibration Process
- Support 5S and lean activities across the organization
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Completed 2 years of undergraduate coursework
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and processes
- Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and data
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist with documentation and training.
- Interest in learning and applying 5S and lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Enthusiasm for gaining hands-on experience in quality evaluations and process development
Benefits
The compensation for this position will be $24.00 for Juniors & $25.00 for Seniors.
