The Software Engineering Intern (Tools) will work with complex software applications on a variety of networked, embedded platforms. This individual will work on a broad range of software, from Linux device drivers to system wide feature designs and implementations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design/code/test features for the Companys entertainment system

• Work with software team to coordinate development of new software features and resolve issues

• Work with disciplines outside of software to ensure correctness and completeness of development through reviews and formal testing

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelors ot Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Experience with objected oriented programming / design in C#. JavaScript and/or Python a plus.
• Experience with .Net Core or Embedded Linux preferred
• Knowledge of GUI development - single page, NODE.JS, MVC and or other framework, web API, micro services, database interface and operation
• Experience using MS Visual Studio
• Knowledge of Version Control (SVN or Git) preferred
• All candidates must be incoming Juniors or Seniors for the Fall 2024 Semester

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $24.00 to $29.00 per hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
