- Job Title: Internal Audit and Administration Specialist
- Location: Suwanee, GA
- Salary Range: $65K - $80K Depending on Experience
- Position involves supporting senior staff in internal auditing and corporate management tasks
- Role requires attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Tasks include performing routine to moderately complex internal audits and company-wide activities
- Role includes assisting in development of internal audit program plans for business units and creating internal audit checklists
- Position involves advising on implementation of company's policies, standards, and controls
- Duties include supporting SOX compliance-related internal audits and assessing adherence to internal controls
- Job involves verifying and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions post-audit and conducting follow-up audits
- Role includes compiling audit summary reports and identifying compliance issues
- Additional duties may include analyzing and documenting business processes affected by SOX regulations, developing automated document management systems, and providing training and guidance to staff
- Position involves frequent interaction with company management and staff, and possible interaction with internal auditors of parent company in Japan
- Role may involve conducting physical inventory sampling audits in production or warehouse settings
- Travel may be required 3-4 times per year
- Education requirements include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
- Experience requirements include at least 2 years of finance analysis, financial accounting compliance, or SOX audit experience, and advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Preferred qualifications include 2 years of manufacturing company experience, risk assessment or management experience, knowledge of PCAOB standard, and bilingual ability in English and Japanese.
